First order, wrong order came, sent the correct order and this was burnt and stuck to the box. Would not order again

This place has really gone down hill… the last couple of orders we’ve had have been rubbish! Burnt churros, dry cakes, small portions and delivery takes forever! The order today took 90mins to arrive they didn’t have half our dessert order in stock (took 40mins after ordering to tell us this!) churro machine was ‘being cleaned’ at prime time on a Sat night, so more items not available. Customer service isn’t great when asking what alternatives we could have (with custard preferably) was offered a refund… didn’t fancy a refund with custard! Just wanted a bit of customer service to help choose other items (that were in stock!) When the alternative brownie and chocolate cake finally arrived, both were dry and stone cold! Wont be going back again, a shame as it used to be really good.

Food took over an hour to arrive and the waffle was cold. No ice cream with the waffle or treat box, different chocolate bars than advertised sent with the treat box. Crispy m+m milkshake is actually peanut m+ms and the other milkshake was regular when it should have been large. For the price I expected better

Absolutely shocking had bits of the daim bar wrapper in with my milkshake and the cookie dough was a very small portion this place used to be amazing what has happened used to get good value and good size cookie dough but now it's like there not bothered

when food arrived the deliverer was lovely, sadly part of our food hadn’t came, when i called they sent it out which arrived quickly but the “crep” wasn’t a crep it was the store brought pancakes you get at Asda or icland, it also came cold. i’m honestly really disappointed i’ve order from here before and it’s always been great not sure what happen this time but I won’t be ordering from here again
